Shipping policy

USA Customers:

As a company focused on creating custom sizes and manufacturing to your specifications, managing returns can be complex. However, to ensure the best customer experience, we've made returns as simple as possible.

For Quick Ship Items:

  • Items can be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • A 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs will apply.
  • If we provide the return label, the cost will be billed.

For All Other Items:

  • Items can be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • A 35% restocking fee and original shipping costs will apply.
  • If we provide the return label, the cost will be billed.

Cancellations:

  • 0% cancellation fee within the first 24 hours.
  • 50% cancellation fee after the first 24 hours.

Change Orders:

  • 0% change order fee if within the first 24 hours.
  • 35% change order fee after the first 24 hours unless the product has been produced.

International Customers:

  • Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for international orders at this time.

Defective/Damaged Orders:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Email photos of the damage along with the packing slip to online@shdcompany.com.
